We are so happy to find we have this gem in Kissimmee! My boyfriend found them through a YouTube video and that same night we went for dinner. The best part was knowing they are only 5 minutes from our home!! I’m Nicaraguan and originally from Miami, where fritangas are everywhere. I have been in Kissimmee for 4 years now. We always had to wait to visit Miami to eat the fritanga food I grew up with. The food, WOW. Amazing and flavorful! My boyfriend finally tried a sip of my favorite childhood drink (cacao) and I was impressed with how great it tasted and he loved it too! The prices are about the same as the fritanga we frequent in Miami so while others may think it’s expensive, to us it pretty normal. The steak was sooo good and the tacos de pollo were bigger than what I expected! This was so worth it we will definitely be returning in the future! I look forward to trying their nacatamales, baho and vigoron.
My only recommendations are that you have a diet or zero sugar soda option for those that are limited to it and have the option to drink something other than water.
Also, I eventually found your instagram page but it did not match the one listed on your truck. I gave you a follow 😁
You should really consider visiting apartment complexes that schedule food trucks. Ours on Osceola parkway have different ones come by and your food should definitely be introduced to those who have never had Nicaraguan food. It would help expand your customers!!

This is my first time eating Nicaraguan food and I must say I was extremely satisfied. I am not much of a meat lover, but the meat was so delicious and tender. The gallo pinto (red beans and rice), fried plantains and fried cheese were … More

Sooooooo good, I'm not going to lie, I was a bit miffed about the price but goodness gracious it was absolutely spectacular, definitely well worth the price.... the ONLY complaint I have is that this location does not carry soup aside from that, it was a perfect dining experience, EVEN with it being 35° F

I was a regular costumer and although there have been three instances when my food and drinks were spoiled, I never wrote a review, but since it happened again today, I just want to put it out there for everyone. El vaho didn’t have palatanos maduros just platanos verdes, la yuca was super hard that you could break your teeth, and instead of meat, it was pura gordura sin carne, (just fat) and tasted weird. I go to the one in Haines City, and I used to spend between $300 to $500 every Saturday or every other Saturday. I have complained to the girls in the past, but I guess my complaints or most importantly my money don’t matter. If I could give it zero stars, I would, but unfortunately, I can’t submit the review without at least one star.

This is the best Nica food you can find in Orlando. I love coming here for my fritanga. The carne asada is always seasoned good, the cheese is delicious, the rice is amazing and overall the food tastes like authentic homemade food. More

If you’re looking for authentic Nicaraguan food look no further! Hands down the best Fritanga I have ever been to! This is coming from a Miami Native where Fritangas are around every corner. They cook the food on the spot and the customer service is top tier. Definitely a must visit spot when you’re in Orlando. More

The location served good food but I was kind of thrown off because online the food said 18.50 and when I came in they charged me 21 each plate it came with fried cheese gallo pinto maduros and carne asada with a salad. So I didn't argue I … More

I'll give a 3 because of the carne asada and cerdo is good but when I ordered el vigoron the pork rinds clearly came from a bag purchased from a store I though they actually cooked the pork rinds there. More

Some of the best Nica food I’ve had in Florida. The flavor in there food is elite. The steak had such flavor, and the fried cheese - you must try it. There cacao is just like the cacao they make in Leon, made me feel like I was home. Definitely recommend this place More

Very good food and service. The lady who took the order spoke English. I wanted to try the soup but they didn't have it. The wait for food after order was a bit long because the several orders were before me and some were big orders. It was raining, the tables and chairs were wet but people were filling up the place anyways. Music playing was up beat so you could dance while you wait. It was loud, though. Each order was big so people could share.

Kid-friendliness
Since it is outdoor seating with music playing, it doesn't matter if kids were messy or noisy. They do not provide high chairs. I see children falling off the picnic benches. The worst thing is being in the same lot as the liquor store and smoke shop. The target audience is not kids but patrons of the liquor store and smoke shop. If I was feeding kids, I would order to go.
Wheelchair accessibility
It is a parking lot so a wheelchair can move around. No restroom though.

I truly admire the chef lady, plenty rice and beans, unfortunately the appetizer I got was missing some extra ingredients to be more authentic, and my main course wasn't as good as it looks, because the meat has a large piece of gristle, very tough and chewy. the plantains were from a day before.

Finally a place where I can get authentic Nicaraguan food!!! I’ve lived and grew up in Kissimmee for 25 years and there was never a place where my culture was represented, until now. I’m proud to say that the Fritanga Managüita is a true representation of Nicaragua that makes me feel closer to my culture and native homeland. 🇳🇮💙🤍
P.S: I took the nacatamale home to eat the next day and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend getting it!

First and foremost, so excited to finally have Nicaraguan food in Central Florida and not have to drive to Miami. The owners are very kind and attentive. Been there twice so far and I love everything I’ve had. Cerdo asado and empanadas my favorites were absolutely divine. Cacao is right on point. I’m looking forward to them opening up the restaurant and expanding their menu. Really hope that they have enough support to maintain this because we need more diversity.

Fritanga Managüita absolutely blew me away! The Nicaraguan food here is hands-down the best I’ve had in Orlando, everything tasted authentic, fresh, and full of flavor. From the first bite, you can tell they take pride in what they serve.
On top of that, the service was incredible. The staff treated us like family, super friendly and attentive from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place that nails both amazing food and exceptional service, but they do it effortlessly.
If you’re looking for true Nicaraguan flavor and a welcoming experience, Fritanga Managüita is a must-visit. Highly, highly recommend! 🙌🇳🇮
